Accompaniment, adoption and administration

Although Pipedrive has a free chat support service that is limited to the Pipedrive tool, we offer a flexible credit-based system for those who do not want to interact with a chat or want support beyond the tool.

The minimum bag of credits is 500 € and is 20 credits. The credits are for 15 minutes. The hourly cost is 100€ and the support is through tickets.

Micro-SME support package

The accompaniment and adoption packages start at €3,500 per year and include one video call per month for personalized follow-up and coaching.

Customized package

We provide support in monitoring the use, implementation and operation of Pipedrive and its integrated applications as well as data quality audits to keep the databases clean and with quality. Plans start at €9,600 per year.

No. With our code you can have a 30 days free trial to evaluate it. The basic price starts at 14,90€. Pipedrive is not a free CRM. There are other CRMs like Hubspot that are but they are limited. If you want to take the leap, Pipedrive is a good option without limitations at an unbeatable price. And very easy to use.

The basic plan is 14,90€. But if you want to get the most out of it, we recommend the advanced plan for 27,90€. You can take a giant step forward with this plan. If you need to manage permissions and scale your sales team there are different plans,  professional 49,90€, the power 64,90€ and the corporate for 99€.  

There are customers who with two sessions with us (500 €) are able to get it up and running. Others prefer to hire the consultancy and do turnkey projects ranging from 1500 € to 6000 € depending on the integrations and complexity.
