Although we have opted for a niche that is Pipedrive customers (although in the last three consultancies on choosing a CRM, we have not recommended Pipedrive, any modern CRM option that has well solved the following points can be valid. But our recommendation is that the SALES TEAM’S ADOPTION MUST FIRST vs. the multitude of functionalities, because if the sales team does not use it correctly, everything that goes behind it will fail. In other words, focus on how important it is that it is well resolved so that it is easy to use.

  1. If you want a Cloud platform and you are an SME, Hubspot and Zoho are the recommendations we like the most (although Hubspot can be expensive due to the type of licensing).
  2. If you want a native CRM, we have opted for Pipedrive (the simplest and the one that best integrates with third-party applications), but depending on the size and profile, Monday, Agile CRM, Insightly or Nimble can be useful.
FINAL NOTE:
There are 703 CRM solutions identified, surely there are many of the ones we have mentioned that are equally valid. But it is important to understand what a CRM is and who is going to use it and what are other categories of software that complement CRMs and that many of them today are necessary or recommended depending on the level of business digitization.
What is for sure that we do not recommend CRMs that are a commodity of other applications such as ERPs or platforms and that you choose a modern CRM that has a minimum of integrations, number of customers and that has an evolution of functionalities.
