Schedule of contacts

It allows you to have a visual representation of the history of your actions with each of your customers, so you will never lose sight of what you have done and the actions you must take to have a successful business closing.

Access the Timeline View by going to the Contacts tab and click on “Contact Schedule”. It is important to note that this feature is available for users on the Professional and Corporate plans.

By locating the contact you want, you will be able to see all the actions associated with it horizontally. By clicking on a specific action you will be able to see a quick summary of it as well as the deals with which it has been associated.

Do you need a more extended or expanded view of the history? Adjust the time period of your contact schedule by clicking on the calendar button and selecting the required time period.

Don’t know when was the last time you interacted with your customers? Enable the “Tracking frequency” by clicking on the corresponding date, after which you will be able to scroll in the bar that has been displayed until you select the desired frequency from weekly to yearly.

Below this you will find a pie chart that will indicate the number of contacts that require your follow up according to the selected frequency, so you can start scheduling your next actions.

Program new follow-up actions by clicking on the “+” sign on the right side of each contact, select the item to include, add the value details and close by clicking on “Save”.
