With Pipedrive Scheduler you can greatly simplify the process of scheduling an appointment with your clients by editing the extension in response times or even in the same schedule selection planning in both agendas.
The Scheduler allows you to set up meetings in a very simple way, with a single action you can share with your collaborators or clients your availability and they can book a time with you without having to wait.
This feature is as simple as setting your availability in the calendar, sharing a link and waiting for your client to schedule a meeting – it’s that easy. When someone books, it will automatically sync with your calendars.
Please note that it is possible to send a link with your full availability or you can select the specific times you make yourself available to meet.
We recommend combining the Scheduling function with Mail Synchronization to have better benefits in your planning and communications.
The Planner function is available in the plans:
–Advanced. It is limited to a “General Availability” link.
– Professional & Corporate. Unlimited links.
– Leadbooster add-on users . Unlimited access to the Planner
Start planning with Pipedrive!
If you do not have mail synchronization activated or you have a basic plan, go to the tab “Suggested hours.”
You can find it next to the “Action” tab in the deal, contact or company details view.
If your plan is Advanced or Professional, or you have email synchronization enabled, access it from the “Email” tab, you will find the functionality on the detail page or directly by accessing it from your Email inbox.
Key elements of the planner
General availability
This element offers your customer a longer time horizon to select the day and time that best suits them. Pipedrive designed this feature with large intervals for booking a schedule and under a regularity scheme.
To send it to your customers you only have to select the “Define availability” option.
2. Specific hours
In this element you select the specific times you propose for a meeting with a defined customer. Unlike general availability, this functionality is designed for shorter meetings or simple phone calls.
It’s as simple as sending the customer an email with specific times they can choose to meet with you.
How to manage my schedule proposals?
Start by selecting the “propose hours and manage availability” option to define your general availability in case you wish to send wider ranges of availability, click on the gear icon next to the ” propose hours and manage availability” option. “select hours” to define the specific time slots to be delimited.
When you select your schedule range or availability you will see links to the general or specific scheduler where you can manage them with the following options:
- Expand. Check the time slots in the link.
- Trash garbage can icon. Remove the link.
- Preview icon. Preview of what the recipients of the link will see.
- Share. Share the link.
You know what’s great? Your updates are automatic! If you make moves in your session details they will be automatically updated in the recipient’s link without the need to create a new one. Cool, isn’t it?
What happens when I send the link to my recipient?
Your recipient will receive your email in which they can view your link, click on it and review your schedule availability. Once reviewed, they can select the one that best suits them, confirm their reservation and they will receive a second email with the invitation so they can also schedule the meeting in the calendar of their choice.
What happens to your calendar? Once the day and time is booked, the meeting is saved as an action in your Pipedrive account and the data shared with you is attached as a note associated with that action.
