Pipedrive AI e-mail summary

This feature is currently in beta and is only available on Professional plans and above.

Pipedrive’s AI-powered email digest is one of the features included in Pipedrive’s AI suite. This feature condenses email threads into concise summaries, allowing you to quickly understand key points, save time and minimize information overload.

Artificial intelligence-driven email summarization improves decision making and inbox management, thereby improving productivity.

How can I set up email digest with Pipedrive AI?

This action is only available for users with account settings.

To enable this feature for your company, go to
Personal Preferences > Email Synchronization > Email AI. Then enable the email digest option.

Before enabling the AI email digest feature, you will need to agree to the AI Beta Terms of Service. Other users in your company will also need to give their consent before they can use it.

Once you accept them, you will be able to start using the function.

Where can I find the function?

Once enabled, the email digest feature will be visible in any email thread, either in the details view or in the Sales Inbox.

When you click on the reply icon of an e-mail, the option to summarize the e-mail thread will appear. Then click on “Summarize”.

Email digest with AI

As soon as you click on “Summarize”, the tool will take a few moments to generate the thread summary.

Within seconds, you will have a summary of the email thread with the following information:

  • Summary
  • Feeling
  • Willingness to buy (on a scale of 1 to 10)
  • Action items

The next time you open the email, the summary will be there so you can have the information up to date for the next action. This will allow you to easily remember important details, especially during customer calls.
