Manage your teams better with Pipedrive

Pipedrive's Teams feature gives you the ability to view the progress of your teams, tracking key team actions, seamlessly and in real time.

This Pipedrive feature is excellent for organizing your salespeople into large teams with more and better communication. These teams have a space in which to organize all their actions and communications in order to achieve your objectives in a more efficient and accurate way.

From the administration, you will be able to obtain specific and vital information about the performance of the teams, in addition to generating profit, loss and sales action reports for all of them.

The Teams feature is found in Pipedrive’s Professional and Corporate plans. Professional plan accounts have three teams by default while Corporate plan users have unlimited teams.

You can strategically group your salespeople into specific teams in order to have a better view of their actions, closings and customers. Your company’s objectives should be at the heart of your team’s sales objectives. With Pipedrive you can set sales goals for each of your teams and track them to understand the stages, actions and needs of the team and your customers.

– Closely monitors the performance of each equipment

With this feature you will be able to monitor and understand the performance of each of your teams by obtaining a statistical view by team that will allow you to see the strengths and weaknesses of each team to create improvement strategies. In addition, you will be able to create customized reports with the data you require per team.

How do I use this function?

Starts in Settings > User management > Teams in the Pipedrive application.

Create a team by clicking on “Add team”, after which you can designate a team name, team members and team description. Finish the set up by clicking on save.

Don’t forget the reports! Remember that once you have created the teams and they have already started working on the platform , you will be able to get customized reports with the data you define. To get data on a specific team select the Filter drop-down in any view: funnel, lists or forecast.
