Email communication is a critical component of the sales process. However, creating and customizing effective email content can be time-consuming.
The AI email creation feature facilitates the generation of quality emails, follow-ups and proposals that engage recipients.
This feature not only improves interaction with recipients, but also saves time, allowing you to focus on closing deals and growing your business.
How can I enable AI email creation?
This action is available for users with account settings.
To enable this feature for your company, go to Personal Preferences > Email Synchronization > Email AI. Then enable the Email content generation option.
Where can I find the AI email creation feature?
Once enabled, the email creation feature will be visible in any email composer, either the details view or the Sales Inbox.
Open a new email from the details view or from the Sales Inbox and click on “Write my email”.
AI email generation is not available at
group email.How can I generate an AI email?
When you click on “Write my email”, you will see a message with three different fields:

Click on “Generate e-mail” and wait a few moments until the content is generated.
Once finished, you will see a suggested email content.
At the bottom of the message, you have the option to regenerate an e-mail suggestion or copy it into a message.
The email content suggestion cannot be edited in the generator message, but you can edit it after pasting it into the email composer.
